Application Documents

In order for the admission process to take place, all candidates, after completing the online application for the undergraduate or graduate programs, are required to submit the following documents to the Student Selection and Admission Office:

UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES

Students from Albania

• Notarized copy of High School Diploma (If not in Albanian Language, a notarized Albanian translation is required)
• Notarized copy of High School Transcript (If not in Albanian Language, a notarized Albanian translation is required)
• A copy of the identity document
• 3 photos
• English proficiency level B1 according to CEFR in one of the following exams:
  1. Cambridge
  2. IELTS
  3. TOEFL Internet-based Test (iBT)
  4. TOEFL Paper-based Test (ITP)
  5. TOEIC
  6. GESE
  7. APTIS (4 skills), which is the English Proficiency Exam of Epoka University and is conducted by BritishCouncil Albania at the premises of the University.
     In cases when the Student has completed his studies in a high school where teaching is conducted entirely in English, he is exempted from the obligation to submit this document.

International Students

• Equivalence of high school leaving certificate/diploma (If not in Albanian Language, a notarized Albanian translation is required)
• Equivalence of the high school transcript (If not in Albanian Language, a notarized Albanian translation is required)
• A copy of the passport
• 3 photography
• English proficiency level B1

GRADUATE STUDIES

Master Students

• A notarized copy of the undergraduate diploma (or an original document attesting the graduation) (If not in Albanian and English Languages, a notarized Albanian and English translation is required)
• A notarized transcript of the undergraduate studies (If not in Albanian and English Languages, a notarized Albanian and English translation is required)
• If the candidate has graduated from an institution outside Albania, a notarized copy of the equivalence of the undergraduate studies diploma (A notarized English translation is required)
• Equivalence of high school leaving certificate/diploma (If not in Albanian Language, a notarized Albanian translation is required)
• Equivalence of the high school transcript (If not in Albanian Language, a notarized Albanian translation is required)
• English Certificate: TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, Cambridge, Aptis-Test (4 skills)
• Curriculum Vitae CV
• A copy of the identity document (for international students notarized copy of passport)
• Two reference letters

PhD Students

• A notarized copy of the Master of Science/Master of Arts, integrated second cycle studies or any other equivalent diploma translated into English and Albanian languages
• A notarized transcript of the Master of Science/Master of Arts, integrated second cycle studies or any other equivalent study program in which are defined all the courses and grades taken by the candidate translated into English and Albanian languages
• A notarized copy Diploma of first cycle(Bachelor)
• A notarized transcript of the first cycle (Bachelor) study program or any other equivalent study program in which are defined all the courses and grades taken by the candidate translated into English and Albanian languages
• If the candidate has completed the Master of Science/Master of Arts, integrated second cycle studies or any other equivalent study program in a foreign institution, he must submit also the document on the equivalence of the said studies by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Albania translated into English language
• English proficiency C1
• Two academic reference letters for the applicant
• Curriculum Vitae
• A PhD proposal in area on which the applicant would wish to prepare his/her dissertation.
• Employment certification
