Course Description: This course is about introducing students with an understanding of knowledge and its management as a framework for designing an organization’s goals, structures, and processes so that the organization can use what it knows to learn and create value for its customers and community. More specifically, it equips students with some of knowledge management systems life cycles, knowledge management models, knowledge capturing techniques, knowledge sharing and knowledge application. The course aims at creating awareness about knowledge management and its importance to the success of today's organization.
