Course Description:	This course is an introduction to business law and more specifically compares the laws of companies of different countries such as Albania, USA, United Kingdom, European Union etc. Students who intend to become businessmen, managers, accountants etc. will learn how different firms are operating in these countries. Students will learn to analyze some key issues affecting today's businesses. Students will also submit relevant projects.
Course Objectives:	The objective of this course is to provide to business students the necessary knowledge how to operate a business in terms of legal issues. At the end of this course, the student is expected to show that he/she is well-informed about some key legal issues related to business and is able to make the difference between business legal norms in different countries.
