Course Description: In this subject will be studied various theories about organizational structure, organizational processes, internal relations, and organizational performance.
Course Objectives: The purpose of this course is to provide students with theories and concepts to enable understanding of the behavior of individuals, groups and organizations in a global business environment. The interaction between the elements of the organization, personality, leadership, motivation, labor benefits, work for achieving organizational effectiveness will be explored.
