Course Description: This course examines various planning techniques, developing the student's ability to evaluate their appropriateness for use in a variety of situations. It focuses on critical path identification as the central function of commercially available project planning software, concentrating in the first instance on the student's skill development in manual methods of project planning/critical path identification, finally utilizing a computer application to validate their results.
Course Objectives: To introduce a planning methodology to construction sector; To introduce an effective planning approach for construction projects; To guide for developing a plan for a real construction project
