Lënda E Drejtë Ndërkombëtare dhe e BE-së mbi Emigrimin është një fushë e re e së drejtës e cila është zhvilluar me ritme të shpejta gjatë dy dakadave të fundit. Lënda synon të informojë studentët me konceptet bazë të së drejtës migratore, si në aspektin teorik, ashtu edhe atë praktik. Lënda do të fokusohet në fenomenin e migracionit, terminologjinë, parimet dhe konceptet bazë mbi autoritetin e shtetit perballë të drejtës së individit për të lëvizur lirisht dhe legjislacionin ndërkombetar në fushën e migracionit, mbrojtjen ndërkombëtare të punëtorëve migrantë, dhe impaktin e instrumentave ndërkombëtare. Lënda do të fokusohet në disa nga elementet themelore që do të shqyrtohen janë dispozitat lidhur me hyrjen, qëndrimin, punësimin e migrantëve, politikat migratore te BE-se dhe ato vendase, sa këto politika bien ndesh me parimin e lëvizjes së lirë të njerëzve. Këtu do të bëhet dallimi midis konceptit të lëvizjes së lirë sipas legjislacionit komunitar, lehtësimit të vizave dhe liberalizimit të vizave. Kursi do të shqyrtojë edhe mundësinë e shtetasve të vendeve të treta për të hyrë, qëndruar dhe punuar në BE, kufizimet dhe masat për luftën kundër migracionit të parregullt

| Course Objectives: |
The objective of the course is to provide students with information on the phenomenon of migration, its terminology and principles, as well as the basic concepts on the authority of the state vis-à-vis the individual's right of free movement. Students will study international conventions related to immigration, international protection of migrant workers, and the impact of international instruments on domestic law. Students will receive important knowledge related to immigration law within the acquis communaitare.
