Course Description: This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the critical role of technology management and innovation in today's business landscape. Students will learn how to manage technological resources, plan for innovation, and implement strategies that enable firms to stay competitive in a rapidly changing environment.
Course Objectives: To provide an understanding of the principles of technology management and innovation. To develop the skills needed to plan and manage technological resources.
