Course Objectives: 1) Understand the basic legal framework and major issues that both allow and limit land use planning activities in Albania and abroad. (2) Be familiar with the nature of various legal systems and how legal decisions are argued and made. (3) Be able to do research on a legal issue to determine the most recent legal thinking on an issue. (4) Understand the ethical issues related to planning regulations.
