Course Objectives: The Professional Practice component of the Master of Science in Business Administration program aims to provide students with hands-on experience by applying theoretical knowledge in real-world business environments. During the practice period in the private sector students will develop critical problem-solving skills, gain insights into global market dynamics, and enhance their ability to manage logistics and supply chain operations effectively. This experience will bridge the gap between academic learning and professional application, preparing students for leadership roles in a competitive business landscape.
BASIC CONCEPTS OF THE COURSE
1 Reflective Practice: The process of continuous learning by analyzing personal experiences and workplace interactions to improve future professional actions.
2 Ethical Leadership: The demonstration of normatively appropriate conduct through personal actions and interpersonal relationships, guided by established codes of conduct.
3 Strategic Communication: The purposeful use of communication to fulfill an organization's mission, including advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
4 Organizational Dynamics: The study of how people behave within groups and how organizational structures, power, and politics influence those behaviors.
5 Professional Accountability: The obligation of an individual to account for their activities and accept responsibility for them in accordance with professional standards.

3 Presentation of Professional Practice Syllabus/ The students are expected to present their plans in the framework of Professional practice execution. They are presented with the documents that they have to sign in order to fulfill the procedure.
4 Confirmation of Professional Practice Placement and Submission Approval Form/ The supervisor confirms their professional practice and informs on the evaluation criteria in order to get Satisfactory Result at the end of the semester.
5 Finalization of Professional Practice Plan/ This plan has to be finalized in collaboration of the advisor with the student

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1 The student should be able to put into practice, in an organizational context, the theoretical knowledge gained from IML courses.
2 The student should be able to build the work ethics, team-work skills as well as communicative and analytical skills so valuable for the future career.
